Courtney is a Senior Business Program Manager at Microsoft in their One Commercial Partner organization. There she enables strategy development and implementation within Microsoft’s commercial cloud business groups through analytics.
She started at Microsoft in 2018 after 7 years in the digital user analytics industry at SAP Concur and comScore, Inc. She landed in the Seattle technology and analytics industry directly after graduating from WWU’s College of Business and Economics in 2011 with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
Outside of the office Courtney enjoys hiking the great Pacific Northwest, cooking, running, biking, as well as finding ways to do all those things wherever she travels. She also enjoys staying involved with the programs at Western that were vital to her success in the job force, including serving as a mentor to marketing students, judge for the WWU Marketing Case Competition, as well as a board member of the WWU Marketing Program Advisory Board. In the words of Malcolm Gladwell, “no one — not rock stars, not professional athletes, not software billionaires, and not even geniuses — ever makes it alone.”
